Company: Your organization in Simuhealth

Site: A physical location (e.g., “City Hospital – Simulation Centre”). All datasets are tied to a site.

Affiliated organization: An external client organization, such as a university or hospital, whose staff or members use your simulation resources or request sessions.

Resource: Equipment, room, or support team staff that can be booked or loaned (e.g., manikins, task trainers).

Pre-setup: Activate the initial admin account

Before accessing the platform, the initial admin will receive a Simuhealth email to set up the company. This includes a forced password change and email verification.

1. Open the activation email

2. Click the link and set a new password

3. Log in to the dashboard https://app.simu.health/login


Once logged in, the admin is ready to begin company setup.
