Schedule sessions wherever they happen. This release adds Virtual and Offsite location options for sessions and activities, a Decide later option for room assignment, and a new In-Situ room type that keeps your utilization metrics accurate.
When creating a session, pick Entirely Virtual or Offsite instead of a site.
Book activities with a Virtual or Offsite room, or choose "Decide later" and assign the room afterwards.
Decide later also resolves scheduling conflicts when booking with templates.
Admins can now set rooms to In-Situ or In-Center.
In-Situ rooms can be double-booked and are excluded from utilization calculations, so simulations run in clinical spaces no longer skew your center's utilization numbers. In-Center rooms work as before: no double-booking, counted in utilization.
